I have known deep inside for a long time that I have a role in, "The Eagle and Condor Prophecy". I have only recently known, that part of my role, is to be a Bridge for the Indigenous people of Peru. Peru is a place of heart. I have never known such love as I feel when I am there. The Sacred Sites hold memory that helps you, "wake up" the things that lay asleep inside you. Finding that original balance between the heart and mind. As North Americans, we tend to be more connected to our mind and the material things in life, not taking the time to connect with our hearts. Being on Pilgrimage, "allows you" , "gives you permission", to be still, to listen, and to feel what the Ancestors want you to know.

This pilgrimage is designed to awaken the Spiritual knowledge that lays asleep inside you. Our guide(Vidal Sinchez) says, "We Must Unlearn to Learn". He opens the spiritual doors of the Sacred Sites and helps us to connect to that place within. We study in schools and universities(Mind) to get better jobs and better pay but we sometimes forget that we are also "Spiritual Beings". We are living a human experience and need to feed our spirit and allow the light within us to expand and shine, in balance with nature. By allowing our light to expand and shine, it opens "our heart ". Our true life purpose begins to unfold and we graduate to a new level of being, for humanities highest and greatest good!
