I believe we are all here walking the earth for a reason, and we all have a gift we walk with. Finding that gift and using it on our path will allow our life to flow smoothly and with ease, allowing us to fulfill what we came here to do. Listening to our heart, that voice inside us, will guide us to what we are meant to do. Trust, love and be patient with yourself. We are so used to looking outside ourselves for help and answers, everything we need to know for our journey here on Earth is within us. Just like the acorn, it knows how to become the great oak tree that sheds its leaves every fall and buds every spring. We came here with our knowledge, we just forgot because we’re so busy looking everywhere else but within ourselves. We make things so complicated.

Fear
If we allow fear to take over our thoughts it will manifest in our life.
I don't believe we are meant to live our life in fear. Fear stops us from doing the things in life that move us along our path. When we allow fear to rule us, we go into a shell of protection which can inhibit our energy flow. When our energy is not flowing freely we are open to illness of the body,mind and spirit.
Ask yourself, am I doing this out of fear of something?
(most actions are driven by fear of something)
Ask yourself, am I doing this with love?
(When we do things out of love it is without expectation, it is acceptance, peaceful, happy, brings joy and gratitude).
We have been so conditioned by fear that we feel uncomfortable without it. (Something just doesn't feel right when we begin to let it go) fear of going to hell, what people think, success, being injured, disaster, death, loss or failed relationships and so on. Moving into the root of the fear and healing what the fear is about will clear those energy blockages that keep us from reaching our goals and living our true life path.
Living in the Now
Worry, keeps us on guard and in fear mode.
Worrying is a habit, just like biting your nails or over eating. We are constantly being told, the world is not a safe place, people will let you down, the news is almost always filled with negative or worrisome things.
The chemicals released by worry will keep your body feeling heavy and produce a sense of doom.
Living in the now,
moment by moment, day by day in a positive frame of mind will help to keep your energy
running smoothly.
Before you know it, your life in general will
be lighter and more positive. Allowing the true spirit of who you are to shine through!
Reiki
I am a Master Level Reiki Practitioner and teach a Level 1 Reiki workshop. This workshop includes, learning the techniques to connect with the universal energy within us. I help people to learn the basics of how the energy works. When we are connected and grounded within ourselves, we feel peaceful and content. We will have an understanding of what our life path is. These workshops will help people to help themselves. When we have a good understanding of ourselves we can then reach out to others to assist them on their journey. I believe that a solid foundation for our own healing is key to remaining healthy and helping others. Just like the structure of a house, if its not strong it will not support
the rest of the house.
Hot Stone Therapy
I use basalt and other stones on the body to help bring the body back into balance. The energy of the stones connects with the energy of our body.
When the body is in balance it is able to
heal itself.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Level 1
EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture. We stimulate certain meridian points that are close to the surface of the skin by tapping on them with the fingertips. This technique frequently reduces the therapeutic process from months or years down to hours or minutes. And, since emotional stress can contribute to pain, disease and physical ailments, it is often found that EFT provides astonishing physical relief.
Energy Worker/Body Listener
I have an understanding of the energy that is common to all of us and connects us together in time and space throughout the universe. We can access this energy from the same room or from anywhere in the world. Our intentions influence our energy and ultimately the health of our body. The more real we create a scene for healing to take place, the more effective it will be on the body. There is a direct relationship between what we believe and how we feel(body, mind connection) Our thoughts and intentions influence the body’s bio-chemistry. When our intentions and our thoughts are based on healing and wellness the body will do everything possible to assist in the healing process.
Over the past 8 years I have worked with a number of people that have cancer and many other issues of the body, mind and spirit. I listen/feel the energy of the body and am guided by what I receive.
I have been able to bring a sense of peace just in talking to people because of the energy I emit. Many times people will say, "I just needed to hear your voice to get back on track". Ultimately, it is your decision if you want healing to take place.
I believe healing is a team effort between the client and the practitioner. It is essential for the client to believe healing is, possible!
It is my belief that most issues of the body, mind and spirit can be healed, if this team works together for the highest intention.

In December, 2006 I was diagnosed with a Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer which had attached itself to my spine. I had been having quite severe pain for several months in my right side and after a late night visit to the Emergency Department and several tests to try to isolate the pain, they discovered a large tumor. I was immediately referred to a Radiation Oncologist at our local Cancer Clinic and told that I would be having 10 radiation treatments which would ease the pain in that spot, began taking oral chemotherapy pills and told that my prognosis was at best, one good year and a second year of declining health. He felt that by the end of the first year the disease would eventually enter either my lungs, liver or another organ and that they would do their best to "buy me some time" with other forms of chemotherapy. The sentence which had the most impact on me that day was that they could not cure me and that I should prioritize my goals and do as much living as I could during that first year. And so, I went home, told my family and friends my news, and prepared to die with as much dignity as I possibly could. Meanwhile a very dear friend told me about a woman named Jane who practiced natural healing methods in the area, and gave me her telephone number. I called her one evening just before I started the Radiation Therapy and told her all about my health situation. We chatted for about an hour or so and Jane agreed to see me for a session a few days later. I remember feeling so connected to this woman whom I had never met before and knew nothing about except that she had this wonderful, soft voice and I felt that she was an exceptional lady. The evening of my first session I remembered thinking as I drove to her home, that maybe Jane could help me manage the pain and deal with the emotional upheaval I was feeling about my illness. At best I expected her to help me relax and deal with all of the emotions I was feeling about my recent diagnosis. When I met Jane that night, I knew that the Creator had brought me to her, not only to help me with my physical health, but for my spiritual health and growth as well. I think we spent 4 hours together, Jane with her soft gentle voice told me that she could help me but that she could not "cure me". During that first session with Jane, I experienced such a profound sense of trust, love and spiritual guidance that I immediately had hope for my entire well being both physically, emotionally and most importantly for me, spiritually. I knew after that first meeting with Jane that I was embarking on a wonderful new journey and I was completely open to whatever came my way. Over the next couple of months Jane and I worked together almost every week, and I trusted her suggestions for using oils, herbs and other traditional healing techniques completely. Jane became my lifeline. Just hearing her voice brought me such a wonderful sense of calm and inner peace. I remember saying to her after our second session that I knew that I was going to beat this disease and become cured. Of course Jane just smiled at me and said nothing. In June I received my first catscan results from my Specialist, and he was amazed to tell me that several lymph nodes in my chest area which had been diseased previously were completely clear and he had no explanation for this. He also told me that there was no further sign of disease progression in the bones or organs. I got in my car to leave the hospital and called my father to share my news and then called Jane. I was so excited about my news and I was so thrilled to share my good fortune with Jane. She answered her phone and let me babble on and again in her own soft, gentle voice she just said, well I knew that, and of course she did. I have continued my healing work with Jane, and she always tells me that we are doing this together. Jane has taught me that nothing is impossible, and that when we pull all of our positive energies together we can do amazing things not only with our own health but with everything in life. I have had a small setback with my health, but again Jane and I have worked together and overcome this new obstacle as well. I know in my heart that Jane's love and healing gifts have been one of the greatest gifts ever given to me. I have learned so much, and continue to learn so much from her every day. Through Jane's love and work we have developed a relationship that I can only describe as "family". I am so blessed to have made such a connection with such an amazing and gifted woman. I continue to enjoy each and every day and I know that I can fight and win my own health battle with her love and guidance. Thank you Jane. I Love you.

Hi Jane- As a way of thanking you for showing me your Earth/Universe Meditation, I wanted to share my experience with you. So here is an excerpt from my journal:
Mother Earth responded by giving me a pearl to place in my heart. I remember feeling pleased as well as slightly surprised. I thanked her and returned to direct my energy upward to the universe. As soon as I asked for AA Michael to escort me to the universal energy he said, "I see Mother Earth has given you a gift." Now I was really surprised. "In that case" he continued "you shall have some gold star dust to go with it. I will place it in your heart with the pearl" I thanked him and returned to my heart to find the pearl and the stardust there. I attempted to mix them up and send them out through my cells but it did not seem to be working. My higher self then informed me that I was meant to leave them as the pearl would eventually absorb the gold dust and send it out to all my chakras.
I later looked up the meanings for gold and pearls in a book Crystal Therapy as I know little about this subject.
Pearl-symbol of integrity, purity and grace. special conduit to the heavens that works especially well with colored stones.
Gold- All purpose healer; stabilizes, purifies and balances while presenting the male energy of action to the world, speaks of abundance and well-being.
That evening before sleeping I had a look to see if I could find the pearl and discovered it had enlarged and turned to sparkling gold. It was beautiful.The next day after clearing my chakras, I began the Earth/Universe exercise. Naturally, I thought of my pearl and immediately Gaia requested I now return it to her. I must admit I had grown quite fond and attached to my gold pearl and was momentarily reluctant to return it. Of course I said yes and suddenly the pearl flew up and burst into many, many tiny gold pearls. They were flying everywhere. My entire being was filled with these wondrous small-bouncing pearls. Gaia then requested that with everything I planted I also include some of these gold pearls before covering with dirt. She informed me that I could also share them with others using my right hand.

Thank you, Jane for the energy treatment to assist me in clearing the blockages for me to move forward as an energy healer. I found it very interesting that you noticed that it is mainly my head area that is not so clear and that the rest of me is clear, particularly my heart area. I am so ready in one way to move forward and embrace my calling to work in this field of energy healing, but its all in my head this self doubt, yet I feel it in my heart so deeply this longing to learn more about energy healing and put it into practice. Right after the treatment I felt a strong sense to inhale deeply and then I began to exhale really hard as though I was blowing out a lot of stuff. That was interesting as I never breathed like that before (except maybe during a rigorous exercise). I feel with the input you have given me after the treatment based on what you picked up, that I am feeling a shift is happening. I feel a little more at ease and confident and at peace in a sense to continue to move forward with my education and practice this new modality of healing. I look forward to future treatments from you as I believe that between your treatments and my desire to become a conduit for the Universal energy to flow through me and assist others that I will realize this goal.

The intention that we worked on has helped as I have done 4 crystal treatments on 4 different people and the experience was wonderful for me and them. I can't believe how in just a few short weeks since the treatment my intuition has been heightened and my heart and head seem to be working in sink which is wonderful.
