Peru Registration

*Extension Tours- some things are not covered in these packages that are covered in the Pilgrimage package. Please read what is included and what is not included in those packages.

INCLUDES: All accommodations with breakfast. Entrance fees to archaeological sites, all ground & air transportation once you arrive in Lima, (domestic flights Lima-Cusco

and Juliaca-Lima), private bus throughout the tour, tourist train to and from Machu

Picchu, Peruvian taxes, guide and host *All plans subject to slight changes due to

Spirit's calling. *Guide book with map will be sent after registration is received.

NOT INCLUDED: International airline ticket/airfare to Lima, Peru. Lunch, dinners, snacks, drinking water. Travel insurance, is not included and is the responsibility of the participant to obtain. Airport departure taxes in Peru: for domestic flights approx $7 USD and for return international flight approx $40 USD.

Tips for bus/taxi drivers, porters, maids, helpers and Juan. Wisdom keeper Vidal participates on a donation basis; please factor into your cost between $50-$100usd or more for his participation as an added expense. All donations should be offered and accepted with the heart. *Optional gifts to the children of the Village of Hayu Marca, Puno, of school supplies, school bags, or donations to help purchase sheep, cow, and seed. This is a community in need that I committed to helping them become a more sustainable community.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: 1. prior to sending your deposit, contact Jane

to insure availability. 2. Pilgrimage deposit of $500usd cash or bank draft must accompany this registration. 3. Due May 1st 2010, $1,060usd bank wire. Jane

will provide bank wire information. 4. Balance of Pilgrimage (1,000usd) is due

upon arrival, in clean unmarked bills as vendors will not accept any torn, worn or

marked bills. This amount may also be bank wired before your arrival in Peru if

you prefer.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. Any cancellations received 60 days or more before tour commences, will be charged a fee of 50% of total fare. Cancellations received 31 days before tour commences will be charged a fee of 75% of total fare. No refund will be given for cancellations received 30 days or less before tour commences. This trip is not transferable with other tours that we arrange. *Late registrations may or may not be possible. During the summer, reservations for hotels and Air need to be made months in advance in Peru. We do not want you to miss out so sign up early!

*No refund will be given once tour dates begin.

*Late registrations may or may not be possible, and could effect arrival and departure times for internal domestic flights and rooms.

Waiver: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Jane Gasior and Juan Miranda from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (weather, earthquakes, etc...), and any other unforeseen events or mental/physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Jane Gasior and Juan Miranda reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
